Hawaii State Department of Transportation Haruko created a "one of a kind" image in textile and apparel design for the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation. Haruko's creation represents the Hawaiian islands image with the state flower, the Hibiscus, which brings out the essence of the Aloha spirit, and compliment a client's public image.
